What to Expect
We’ve created a three-tiered training system that helps you grow your skills, confidence, and demand — at your own pace.
Each tier has clear goals, measurable milestones, and personalized support so you can complete the program in as little as 14 weeks.
You’ll experience:

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for motivated professionals who want more than just a job — they want a career they love.
You should have:
- A cosmetology license, or be currently enrolled in cosmetology school
- A passion for learning and a drive to grow
- A willingness to show up for yourself, your mentor, and your team
